SHIPPING POLICY

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as easy and satisfactory as possible. That's why we'd like to share some important things you should know about our shipping:


Processing Time:

Shipments are processed and sent from Monday to Tuesday to all  US. On Wednesday, we only make shipments to Florida. Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. These processing times are to ensure the delivery of refrigerated products in perfect condition. Keep in mind that if you need your order to be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, you should place it before Sunday. This way, you ensure that your order arrives during that week.


Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the shipping address. It is calculated based on the rate provided by the shipping company; we usually work with UPS. The transit time will depend on the shipping method: Ground Delivery takes 1-4 days, and we also offer express shipping options for those who want to receive the products without a prolonged wait. These options include 3-day-select (3 days), 2-Day Shipping, and next-day delivery.

For the West Coast, even though it's a bit more expensive, due to the heat and transit time, the only way to ensure refrigerated delivery is by selecting 3 day-select.


Packaging:

We ship our products in well-packaged cooler boxes using refrigerated packages (Foam Cooler) with dry ice. This is a safe and effective way to maintain the freshness and quality of the food during transportation. The cost of this packaging supply is automatically calculated during the checkout process on our website. With these measures, we ensure that you can enjoy your favorite foods in perfect condition upon receipt.


Successful Delivery:

To guarantee a successful delivery, make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


Pick-up Option:

During checkout, select the Pick-up option, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup (1 business day). Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7:00 pm.


If Your Order Arrives in Poor Condition:

Please contact us immediately, preferably by email at info@locosxgrill.com. It's essential that you take photos of the condition of your order to support your claim with the shipping company.
