Thaw meat properly and the flavor will be excellent. The best way to thaw meat is in a refrigerator. DO NOT thaw meat at room temperature. Place it on a tray, inside the refrigerator and let it thaw for 12 hours. Thicker pieces may require longer thawing times.
If needed earlier, you can thaw the vacuum-sealed bag in cold water for about 45 minutes. The last alternative is to use the defrost function in a microwave.
HOW TO HEAT THE PORCHETTA? COMPLETE PORCHETTA, Oven:
PORCHETTA CUT INTO ROUNDS, Oven :
Air Fryer :
1 - Place the oven racks in the 1st and 2nd position from bottom to top.
2 - Place a tray on the first rack
3 - Preheat the oven to 350F
4 - Place the Porchetta directly on the 2nd rack
5 - Preheat for 30 minutes at 350F
6 - Preheat the oven to 350F
7 - Increase the temperature to 500F, the time at this temperature varies from 6 to 15 minutes, please turn on the oven light and be alert after the 6th minute, when the perfect toasting is achieved take it out of the oven.
8 - Let it cool for 5-7 minutes
9 - Cut with a serrated knife.
