Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable item
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, so instead we offer refunds or reshipping depending on the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

For refunds please email us to info@locosxgrill.com within the first 48 hours after receiving your LocoxGrill Box. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Usually refunds are made because one of the plastic containers broke during transit or because our carrier took too long to deliver the products and you are not 100% satisfied.
